Brownies in an Orange

New year.  New resolutions. Eat more fruit.  Make more brownies.

Accomplish both at the same time with this great brownie baking idea — Brownies in an Orange — from geek cook Jeff Potter.

Make up a batch of your favourite brownie recipe but bake them inside a hollowed out orange.
